Kúpa simsona
Bol rok 2008, ten vytúžený rok, kedy som si mohol konečne urobiť svoj prvý vodičák a vydať sa legálne na cesty. Už od začiatku som nechcel nič iné ako simsona. Po niekoľko dňovom pátraní na internete sa mi podarilo nájsť jeden, ktorý vyhovoval mojim požiadavkam: ročník 89, zelená farba, originál vzhľad aj príslušenstvo, po Go motora za 9000 Sk aj s papiermi. Nebolo to ani ďaleko odo mňa preto sme sa v ten deň vybrali si ho s otcom obhliadnuť. Vyzeral pekne, až na staré popraskané pneumatiky, mierne ohnuté zadné smerovky a preliačeniny na asi 4 miestach na nádrži. Po prevezení sa sme s otcom skonštatovali že nič lepšie asi za takú cenu nezoženieme a tak sme s majiteľom spísali kúpno-predajnú zmluvu a o 2 hodiny nato sa už simson viezol ku mne domov.
Jazdenie a nejaké tie údaje
O pár dní som sa chcel ísť povoziť, ale kedže som nemal vodičák, musel som ísť spolu z otcom na lúku, lenže pri jazde po ceste do kopca sa mu akosi nechcelo a motor zhasol. Po návrate domov sme zistili, že piest bol nepekne pridretý s najvačšou pravdepodobnosťou predošlým majiteľom, tak sme dali urobiť výbrus spolu s novým piestom, čapom a krúžkami. Ojničné ložisko bolo ako nové, to sme nemenili. Potom nastalo nekonečné zabiehanie motora. Nebudem písať ako sa má zabiehať, ale ja som ho zabiehal tak, že nechal som starú sviečku Brisk + M2T (to som ešte nevedel čo je to za stupídny olej) a niekedy sme sa na ňom vozili aj dvaja. Myslím si však že motoru to nejak veľmi neuškodilo a vydržal toho dosť. Keď už bol zabehnutý, čakal som na termín skúšok v autoškole. Ten sa natiahol z pôvodne konca mája na začiatok júla. Testy som spravil na 1 pokus a o týždeň som mal vodičák v ruke. Hor sa na cesty. Takto som prejazdil asi 2500 km, a môžem povedať, bez pádov ( ak nerátam mini pád na ihrisku). Simson mal vysoký výkon asi 1000 km po zábehu, potom trošku zoslabol, ale nakoniec sa ešte posnažil a najvyšší výkon dosahoval zhruba 2000km po zábehu. Vtedy som s ním dosiahol môj doterajší rekord 78 km/h podľa tachometra- dole kopcom dvaja. Po rovine bola maximálka tak 66 km/h ale jazdieval som okolo 53-58 km/h priemerne.
Čas na prestavbu
Po niekoľko mesačnom vození prišiel rad na zimnú motopauzu a ja som v hlave spriadal plány na prestavbu. Už pred kúpou som vedel, že existujú nejaké tuningové valce a tak, ale stále som sa nevedel rozhodnúť, kde a aký valec dať spraviť, aby to malo aspoň aký taký výkon. Nakoniec sme motor dali urobiť jednému chlapíkovi, valec som sa rozhodol 70-tku 2 kanál, lebo 60 sa mi zdalo málo. Kým sa motor prerábal ja som medzitým pustil do postupného rozoberania motorky. Chcel som to urobiť dôkladne, preto som ho rozobral do šroubu. Viď fotoalbum prestavba. Potom som postupne odhaľoval veci, ktoré bolo treba objednať za nové, lebo už dosluhovali: gumová vložka pod motor, pryžové vložky na kyvnú vidlicu, gumový držiak batérie, gumová návlečka na stupačku, brzdové čeľuste, držiak zadných smeroviek, krytky zadného svetla, predných a zadných smeroviek, nová reťaz, ložiská do riadenia a mnoho iných vecí. Po rozobratí som sa pustil do brúsenia rámu, nádrže, kastlíkov a blatníkov. Po dokonalom suchom aj vodnom prebrúsení sme začali nanášať základnú farbu na rám. Po nanesení sme ju nechali zaschnúť a neskôr sme ju prebehli 600 vodným šmirgľom, aby sa zarovnali prípadné vzniknuté nerovnosti. O deň neskôr otec doniesol čiernu metalízu spolu s bezfarebným lakom na rám a blatníky. Po "takmer" dokonalej úprave garáže sa pustil do lakovania. Ja som sa len spoza okna prizeral ako mu to ide. Fotky rámu po nastriekaní sa mi bohužiaľ prepísali, takže ich nemám na ukážku ako to celé po nastriekaní a nalakovaní vyzeralo. Nasledoval menší útlm prác počas sviatkov, ktorý som však dobehol potom, ako som dostal pod stromček motor. O týždeň nato už bol rám poskladaný, spolu z motorom a novými dielmi ktoré som písal vyššie. Ostávalo teda ešte dotmeliť poriadne nádrž a kastlíky, nastriekať plnič jemne ošmirgľovať spolu s vodou a pripraviť na nastriekanie - na tmelení a následnom brúsení si naozaj dajte záležať, lebo ak vám tam zostanú aj minimálne póriky, po nastriekaní farbou nepekne vykuknú z opravovaných častí. Farbu som si zvolil tmavozelenú metalízu zo vzorkovníka Peugeot (napr na 205 bola taká farba) stačili kľudne 2 dcl farby + lak a ďaľšie veci k tomu. Po preschnutí farby nanášame lak, po prvej vrstve laku si počkáme tak, aby bol lak len mierne zaschnutý a trošku lepkavý a striekame ďaľšiu vrstvu (minimálne 3 vrstvy, ale 1 treba poriadne po celej lakovanej ploche). Nasledovalo konečné zmontovanie motorky a zapojenie podsvietenia tachometra a otáčkometra(môj simson tým disponoval od začiatku), ale predošlému majiteľovi sa pokazila spínacia skrinka, takže to spravil na priamo vypínačom, preto odpojil parkovacie svetlo a podsvietenie tacho a otáčkometra, aby mu to nešťavilo baterku. Keby som nemal elektrickú schému zapojenia asi by to také jednoduché nebolo celú tú elektriku dať dokopy. Nasledovalo prvé štartovanie a radosť v mojich očiach z toho úchvatného zvuku 70-tky. Ak vám pripadá na fotkách že vyzeral krajšie predtým, museli by ste ho videť teraz naživo lebo na fotkách sa tá metalíza dosť skresluje. Ešte je v pláne nový ladený výfuk a sanie, ale ten pri zabiehaní nie je potrebný, stačí aj ten starý.
